Road Trip! - Spring / Summer 2022
Our chariot awaits...."Goldie" our Prius We left Miami at the end of May 2022 and made our way to Wisconsin to spend the summer with family. Before leaving Florida we stopped in one of our favorite areas to visit friends & family. Ormond-by-the-Sea feels like a best-kept-secret to us, we've visited at least 3 times in the last few years. We love the "Sleepy Old Florida" vibe, the beach is peppered with beautiful red sand and seems to stretch for miles and miles with very few people. The Atlantic Ocean is colder in this part of Florida than in Miami and the waves crash a bit harder here. We adore the area, it has a great feel. We spent about 5 nights in a beachfront Airbnb in Ormond-by-the-Sea. Our next stop was in Georgia, we stayed in Jonesboro, a suburb Southwest of Atlanta. While there, we visited the Porsche Experience Center. I love cars, I'm a big German car fan. We did a scheduled tour and had lunch at Restaurant 356 on site. Gorgeous facility, a...
